The law aims at putting the children's need for education as the top priority. It also recognizes that there will be multiple performance levels among the schools. And therefore, any school that does not produce appropriate results will lose its students to other good performing schools. Teachers are to be highly qualified and the methodology of teaching should be in line with the latest researches that abound in the sphere of education. Appropriate research based instructional methods will be adopted by the schools to ensure that the best results are obtained. The relationship with the parent will be to pass information to the parent at the right time so that he or she can help in improving the performance of the student.
